1. Cancelling
You can cancel PRO at any time from your dashboard. It then stops renewing, and you keep PRO access until the end of the period you have paid for.
2. When you get a refund
- A full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment.
- Later billing periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your RegHub account email and the PayPal transaction ID of the payment you want refunded.
4. Processing
Refunds are issued through PayPal to the payment method you used, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
