1. The service

RegHub is a software service operated by New Marketer Company Limited ("New Marketer", "we"). It provides plain-language explanations of Vietnamese regulations, AI-assisted Q&A, alerts and a compliance calendar.

2. Not legal advice

Content on RegHub is for information only. RegHub does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice and does not replace a lawyer, an accountant or the competent authority.

Explanations and answers are AI-assisted and may contain errors or be out of date. Every page links to the official text; check the official text before you make a decision.

3. About the RegHub AI system

Purpose: to help users understand Vietnamese tax, accounting and legal documents quickly and find the original text. The system does not make decisions for users.

How content is made: public explanations are written by an AI model from official documents (the Official Gazette, the Ministry of Finance and other state bodies), then checked against the source by an automated AI review before publication. They are not reviewed by a human expert unless stated. Every article and the Q&A interface carry a notice that the content is AI-generated.

AI Q&A: answers are generated automatically from the official-document corpus and third-party reference material, with citations. Answers may be wrong, incomplete or out of date.

If you republish or share content generated by RegHub's AI, you must keep the notice that it is AI-generated.

4. Accounts and security

You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password confidential and remain responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

5. PRO subscription and billing

• The PRO plan is billed monthly in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.
• It renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. After cancelling, PRO access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds follow the Refund policy /refund.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-copy RegHub content.
• Do not resell, rent or redistribute the service or its content without our written consent.
• Respect API rate limits and do not try to bypass technical or security measures.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

RegHub explanations, interface, software and brand belong to New Marketer.

Official legal and administrative texts are not subject to copyright under Vietnamese law and belong to the State.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, New Marketer is not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from reliance on RegHub content without checking the official text. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for RegHub in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Vietnam.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for material changes we will notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
